If you want the ACB to remain in ON position than the under voltage coil must be powered.
Like in the case of ACBs of generators.
If for some reasons the generator fails than we want the generator to be isolated from the system than here we use an under voltage coil ACB.It means if NO supply to under voltage coil than you cannot ON the ACB.
