out information what punishment will be take prsonnel mgt
on his absentism how many days permit absentism without
informing to his dept

We can give first warning and it he continues the same
mistake we can give him the notice to explain in details
within 24 hrs if again he does the same we can suspend and
subsequently dismissed.
