shooting to their country requirement.it is done by a group
of people arranged by government.these are the connection
of parameters highly technical documents,not legalised.
CODE - IT IS THE LEGAL DOCUMENTS,STANDARD SUPPORT CODES
SPECIFICATION - THE RESPECTIVE OWNER MAKES ITS OWN
SPECIFICATION.THIS IS THE THIRD LEVEL OF DOCUMENTS
