IF THE RATIO OF LONGEST TO SHORTEST SPAN IS LESS THAN 2
THEN IT IS TWO WAY SLAB, TWO WAY SLABS MEANS REINFORCEMENT
IN BOTH DIRECTIONS AND VICE VERSA
