A developer would change the status of a defect to DEFFERED
when he decides that the defect will not be fixed in the
current build/cycle. Below are some of the possible reasons
to change the status of a defect to DEFFERED.
1. The defect fix may lead to major impact on other areas.
2. Cost of the defect fixing is more than cost of defect.
3. The particular requirement is mistakenly mentioned in
the requirements document.
4. The defect is an old one (existing defect), and may need
permissions from higher people to fix it.
