What is stock transfer? for ex: if i purchase a product in
chennai and i tranfer it to our branch which is in
bangalore. shall the blr office can bill the product to
their customer in blr.(purchse frm chennai and bill in blr
office is possible?

Stock transfer means trasfer of goods/stock from one
unit/branch to another.
ya banglore office can raise bill in the name of his
customer provided that chennai office transfer stock to
banglore office by issuing tax invoice.
so, in brief, if one unit issue tax bill to another unit
for stock transfer then another unit can raise bill on his
customer while selling the same goods.
