my name is MAJEED khan i have applied for student visa to
USA FOR JANUARY 2010 SEM and i got rejected for twO
times ...I HAVE COMPLETED MY GRADUATION LAST YEAR AND I
HAVE APPLIED F0R ENGLISH COURSE (ESL)ENGLISH AS A SECOND
LANGUAGE .....AND I GOT I 20S FROM TWO UNIVERSITIES
1.COLUMBUS STATE UNIVERSITY 2.WISCONSIN MADISON
UNIVERSITY ........FIRST TIME MY INTERVIEW WAS ON DEC 18
2009 AT THAT TIME CONSULAR ASK ME 1,WHICH COUSE U R APPLIED
FOR ...............I TOLD AM APPLY FOR ESL PROGRAM ,,,,,,
AND HE SAID MY FILE AND HE TOLD U WANT TO BECOME AN ENGLISH
PROFESSER I TOLD YES 2Q.HOW MANY UNIVERSITIES U HAVE
APPLIED FOR ? ANS....FOR THREE UNIVERSITIES AND I SAID THE
NAMES..............AND THE 3Q .WHAT U DID IN
BACHELOR ,,,,,,, BACOLERS OF COMMERSE........AND HE ASK MY
BACHELOR CERTIFICATE HE SAW IT AND HE SAID ME U HAVE GOT
SECOND DIVISON AND HE ASK ME DO U HAVE ANY BCK LOCK I SAID
NO............. ACTUALLY I WAS HAVING 2 BACK LOCK AND I
SAID NO ..........IS THAT THE RESON FOR MY FIRST REJESTEION
PLZ HELP I AM GOING TO APPLY FOR AUGUST INTAKE PLZ HELP ME
AND ONE MORE THING I WANT TO TELL U WHEN I WAS IN FRONT OF
CONSULER I HAVE FORGOT WHATEVER I WAS HAVE
PREPARED ....... AND MY ENGLISH WAS ALSO NOT SOO GOOD IN
FRONT OF CONCULER

hi iam abdul from hyderabad is there any possibility to get an admisn for masters degree from good university in usa with 15-20 backlogs in engineering? but i got 88% in ssc,89% in inter,1020 in GRE and 89 in toefl?
what if my sponsor is other than what is mentioned in my I- 20.during application process,i have given a bank statement stating that my mother is sponsoring me now my uncle is going to sponsor my education in USA.so pls tell me the solution to this answer?

Hi, my F1 visa interview is on this july24 At Mumbai consulate.....But i have a big confusion with my case. I am married and my husband is in USA greencard holder So Visa officer will ask me about my husband and future planning to stay in USA and i am going to say all truths that in future ,i will stay will my husband And My Father is sponsoring me and i m going for MS in CS in California and what should i have to prove for all this....and what type of QUESTIONS i'll have to face and will be asked to ME in interview ??And IF in d end of the interview they reject us then WE should have to ask about reason of rejection OR not??? can you all plz give me suggetions Thankss...........

Hi, My friends F-1 VISA is refused 3 times in year 2008 by US CONSULATE MUMBAI, INDIA (for SUNY Binghamton). Today was her 3rd time and after rejecting the VISA Officer said to her that she can not apply again for VISA. When can she reapply for VISA? Can she apply for same University? Is she allowed to apply only 3 times a year? If it is so then can she apply in January 2009 (college commences on Jan 15th 2009). Thanking you in advance, Anant
Hi , I have finished by B.E in 2006 ,after that i have been working in Infosys from 2006 till date.My company has a policy where i can avail a 1.5 yrs - 2 yrs of leave. Can i tell this reason to the visa interviewer when he asks for the reason for me to come back home ..India ?? I have applied for the university last year but differed the application due to personel reasons.. in case the visa interview asks me can i tell me that " as i was in middle of some project i couldnt take up the course last year .." I have done my B.E in jan 2011 instead of completing in april 2010.i have 15 backlogs ,GRE score is 930,toefl score is 90, and with aggregate of 64% I played nationals while am studying my 12th.can you please suggest me when VO ask abt my backlogs.........

i have been rejected on 11th of dec 09 for fi visa.consular asked about my academics which are bad i.e,5.04 cgpa and i have only one backlog because of attendance shortage she even asked about my backlogs i have answered the same she refused me straight away and said my academics are bad.I have 15 months of exp in a different field and my core is cse my gre is poor 780 and ielts is 6.0 can i book the slot again for the visa will i get it...?
