Link is created two Bc's one is parent Bc another one is
childBc.
It consists of two relationships they m:1 and m:m
First we discuss m:1 it consists of source and destination
fields here source field is "default"
m:m relationship there is no source and destination fields
instead of that we use inter table, inter parent column and
inter child column
