how do i find the fixed end moments in the fixed beams with
the use of general method?

end moments of double fix supports can be determined by
three moment equation, and for single fixed beam i;e
cantilever beam, we can find it with simple method , for
this , calculate all the moments caused by the external
forces and when the moments are found , then give opposite
direction at the support to the moments caused by the
external forces
