hi, my name is xxx.i belong to spn, now i'm staying in east
delhi with along my brother. i'm a computer gratuate so
i'ave done bca in 2009 from m j p rohilkhand university,
bly.my hobbies are listening music nd surfing on net.
BPO standa for bussiness processing outsourceing.in bpo,
two process are there
inbound nd outbound process.
where we take calls, called inbound nd where we make
calls ,called outbound process. telemarketing comes in
outbound process bcoz where we sell anything.
i done some prepration for job. like speaking,
