the store anager is the person who is responsible of the
day to day operations of the store all the employee working
in the store reports to the store manager and the store
manager reports to the operations manager or zonal manager.
responsibilities:
1) manager the staff.
2) manager the inventory.
3) solving the customers related problems.
4) traning the staff.
5) keeping an eye on shop lefting and shirinkage etc.
