If tester report a bug & developer open it & bug is not
occur there. What sud tester do in this situation??

May be dis is d case of occurance of bug in different
environment i.e may be developer nd tester both r workin in
different environment. To avoid such situation take a
screen shot every time you test a functionality , so dat u
alwys have a proof wid urself dat d bug u found is a valid
bug.
