RTGS is 'Real Time Gross Settlement'. It is a means through which the funds can be transfered from one bank to another bank within few minutes. In this the amount of transfer should be more than Rs. 1,00,000. The transfer below Rs. 1,00,000 is known as NEFT- 'National Electronic Fund Transfer'.
