Sorry sree charan ur very emotional coz ur a student they
all are know wht u said. but they are looking for a chance
to expose their self in practical only.they are confidant
but they dont know HOW TO START.
SO the company wil give u a oppertunity after ur
introduction only the family background wil not use for the
company but it wil use for to show ur communication skills.
Thet observe how to frame a sentacne and how u
pronounsation the words.
wht u said tht is right but it applies for furthur rounds
not for starting.
