A Call Centre is a place where one requires to learn to be
patient, caring ,empathetic and as well as be quick and
alert. It also gives us the oppurtunity to interect with
different people with diverse background. No other field
can compare with the wide range of experience as well as
learning gained here and I believe it will equip me with
the skills as well as the right attitude required to
enhance my career, as well as help me to grow as a person.
