there are basically three type of accounts:-
Real Account (Mach. purchased)
Nominal Account ( wages, postage, stationary exp. paid etc.)
Personal Account ( Machines sold to Ram etc.)
real account is the account which consists machinery,
building etc.
it means purchase and sale of fixed asset comes under real
account. which is real in term.
