I have chosen HR as My specialization because Personnel
dept is a sensitive dept in an organization& HR is
basically concerned with planning,organising,
directing,staffing as well handling an employees activities
of an organisation.Similarly as Hr mgr directly deals with
different kinds of people from planning to directing an
employee in an organisation.i like to do welfare work also.
In view of the above points & considering my capability to
do so, i think by acheiving my personal
objectives,i can give my best effort to the orginisation.An
MBA in HR would allows you to be in contact with employess
and also maintain employer-employee relationship which is
very essential for an organisation from the date of their
joining till the date of their retirement.Getting a
specialisation in HR directly hones our personality only if
we hav an interest.
