when a cunductor is being disconnected from live cct, still
it showing charged, if its checked by line tester?

it is not clear 1/3 phase . in single phase it is return
pathe of phase when connected phase is direct insteed of
neutral. in case of three phase it is return of other
phases.in some cases where any circiut is connected to
other side of conductor it is capacitance power saved by
circiut capacitor.
