in instrumentation why we are using 4-20mA , why not
voltage ? if somebody design a instrument which works on
voltage then can we use that instrument?

4-20 mamps is best choice because interference level is
minimum in current application where as in 0-10 V it is
comparatively high.Thus in using 4-20 mamps signal is
distortionless.

Im having problems with interfase betwen SPI v7.0 and SPPID v5.05. Previous versions of Intools shoul be fixed with SPPIDproj.ocx file. It was necessary to replace this file with one that allows the connection between different versions of SPPID. It is necessary in the current version to do the same?Thanks
