in the case of battery
we want to know how the batteries are fully charged
we need to monitoring of three parameters of battery
1) specific gravity value range 1195-1220
2) Temperature not exceed 40-42 celsisus
3) Voltage
if these three value are constant in three hours monitoring
ur batteries are fully charged
