In ops round you will be asked many questions which could
frustrate u like why did u leave the previous company, are u
ready to to night shifts, if no transport will be given to
u, r u ready to sign bond with the company. What if I will
pay u less salary? Answers should be in correct manner and
always be confident. Give interview in such a way that u
don't need job they need u.

always think that there are lot of opportunity waiting outside for u..
negotiate your salary even if you are fresher...
