First of all the interviewee need to highlight the core
competencies & achievment of that organisation.Then further
required to show the eagerness and enthusiasm to learn what
the organisation is best in.And should close the answer by
saying how his knpwledge , skills & learnings from this
organisation will help him to deliever & contribute more
towards the organisation.
