trade mark-trademark is to exclusively identify the
commercial source or origin of products or services, such
that a trademark, properly called, indicates source or
serves as a badge of origin.
patent rights-The term patent usually refers to a right
granted to anyone who invents or discovers any new and
useful process, machine, article of manufacture, or
composition of matter, or any new and useful improvement
