consultency is a place where candidates data base is maintained and kept in an organised manner . different companies had a tie up with those consultancy for those database and for this consult ency
is charging some 8% to 12%.
whenever any requirements come in those companies the consultant people send candidate ie resume and arrange an interview for them .this is how the candidate get placed and consultancy also charge some registration fees and some even take some part of first month salary
