Since childhood communication takes place at different levels with different categories of people.After graduation it is the time when one has to step into a corporate world,be it an mba institute.Communicating well & maintaining relationships is an art,which is going to play its role well throughout the life.An mba in HR would best serve the purpose as it allows you to be in contact of the very essence of an organisation-employees from the date of their joining till the date of their retirement.Getting a specialisation in HR directly hones our personality.
