2.its a LEVEL TRIGGERED device 2.its a EDGE TRIGGERED device.
3.it does NOT HAV a CLOCK PULSE. 3.it does HAV CLOCK PULSE.
4.USED as TEMPORARY BUFFERS. 4.USED as REGISTERS.
