In fact,the financial manager is the brain box of any
Organization/Company who over sees the income and
expenditure of any Organization.He also fashion the
Organization against forthcoming financial crisis,and find
solution.He forecast the future to know exactly when the its
due for the Organization to invest to make more profit.
He also over sees the welfare of the entire employees,to
make sure that their salaries are paid as at when
due.Finally,always adopt new strategies that will maximize
profit for the Organization.
