THE FAULT CURRENT ALWAYS HIGH FOR THE SMALL TIME PERIOD.
IN THREE PIN EARTH PIN NEED PERFACT CONTACT WITH TENSION.
SO ALWAYS EARTH PIN SPLIT CONDITION.
