THE FAULT CURRENT ALWAYS FLOW THRO EARTH ONLY. THE VALUE OF
THE FAULT CURRENT ALWAYS HIGH FOR THE SMALL TIME PERIOD.
IN THREE PIN EARTH PIN NEED PERFACT CONTACT WITH TENSION.
SO ALWAYS EARTH PIN SPLIT CONDITION.
