in rectifier circuit,we are using the capacitor as a filter
to remove the ac signal.but capacitor blocks dc & allows
only ac. explain about it?

in rectifier circuit, if we use a capacitor parallal to its
output line, it'll only allow AC and then ground it. So
rest of the DC signal we can get from the output.
