why near the transformers, the Jelly(small white colored
rocks)are poured.and what are conditions for that?

because this jelly (small rocks) is having the vibrating
action during the transformer working in condition.this
will creating some warning alarm to snakes. and this way we
are avoiding the disturbance from snakes.then only we are
poured these jelly around the transformers.
