Hi all,
I attended for an interview on 3rd of Nov.
They have asked very few questions abt Current employer ,
Experience and my previous US Visit.
But somehow they were not confident abt US company.
They have asked to come again with IT
returns ,Unemployement wage report,Employee list of the US
company on any working day to the Consulate.
My US employer is ready to give those Doc. and they are
genuine Documents.
Can anybody had same exp. and what was the final outcome?

u must carry all the papers,proof,what they asked for, but
it's not necessary that they will go through that all. its
up to u by ur presentation, straight-forward & clear answer
to the consuler to convincing for granting u the visa.

Hi, I have 5 years work experience ( 2yrs in marketing and 3 yrs in BPO-technical support) and have been to California (currently holding B1 multiple entry visa for 10 years). Qualification: B.com (Computer's) Now I am planning to apply H1 visa. Looking for Desktop or Laptop technician job and hunting for sponsor. 1)Would I be eligible to apply for H1 visa? 2)Will US companies consider my BPO experience? 3)Shall I visit US again then look for the job and then come back to India then file H1 application? H1B approved in October 2008 I got H1B Approval NoticeI-797B form which is valid from 3rd October 2008 to 21st September 2011.i still did'nt went for Visa stamping.I would like to ask few questions in this regard. 1.When is the correct time to go for stamping? 2.As i have applied from a consultancy so do i need to take any new employment offer letter from a new YYY company? 3.Presently i am working in XXX company?What should i carry from this XXX company? 4.If visa interviewer asks "If ur visa is been approved long time back then why you are coming now?"
