BPO is Business process outsourcing.i.e some companies 'll hire bpo's to outsource business for them.Those companies 'll be BPO's revenue generators.BPO is classified as inbound,outbound and nonvoice.Inbound is where we receive calls,outbound is where v call up the customers.Nonvoice people are backend team.
