what are active and Passive Components?
Answer Posted / jayaram
active components means
.these components are process the signals
.increasing the strength of weak signal
.active components are activates internally
.it will produce more gain than the input
.these are used in modulation ckts
.used in ative satellites
.whih required bias voltage
ex;fet,mosfet,transister etc
passive components means
.these components are passes the signals from one
place to another place
.it does't contain any process
.it will produce gain equal to iput
.used in active satellites
.used in between one ckt other ckts
.does't not bias voltage
ex;resisters,capacitors,inductors
