1. Authorised Capital: maximum amount of capital that the
company can raise from public.
2. Issued Capital: Part of authorised capital which the
company has decided to issused to public.
3. Paid-up-capital & Subsrcibed capital: Part of issused
capital which the shareholder has subscribed & paid the
call money.
