Basing on the nature of the asset the depreciation will be
calculated.there are different methods of depreciations.
they are:
1) Straight line method,
2) Diminishing value method,
3) Sinking fund method,
4) Annuity method,
5) Depletion method. etc

Short falls in cash balance are made good by borrowing from banks. The interest received as well as paid is to be ignored.
