How can we calculate D.C.Load current in terms of A.C. load
current?
Answer Posted / ngrjbh
sorry... with out multimeter we can caluclate
IF DC current=20A , DC voltage=48v
Load=20*48 =960w
load=960w =9.6KW
Considering the same load in A.C.
load=960w, AC voltage=230v, P.F.=0.84
To find out current=?
current=load/voltage*P.F.
=960/230*0.84
=4.97A
DC current 20A = AC current 4.97A
