SHEAR CONNECTION WILL BE USED IN AXIAL AND LONGITUDE LOADS
ONLY. THE MOMENT CONNECTION WILL TAKE THE RADIAL LOAD ALSO
WHICH PREVENT THE MEMBER TO ROTATE.
