can we check the resistance of earthing electrode while it
is connected with the neutral of UPS system

It should be checked accordingly the resistance used for
the solid system earthing.
In low voltage system erathing, the secondry winding of
distribution transformer, low voltage generator or UPS
system are normally solidly earthed. Solidly earthing of
the system means that the system voltage will never exceed
the phase voltage.
