ALL TRANSFORMERS RATING ARE IN KVA BECAUSE TRANSFORMER IS
INDEPENDENT OF POWER FACTOR AND TRANSFORMER WILL NOT ACT AS
A LOAD, IT ONLY TRANSFERS VOLTAGE FROM ONE LEVEL TO OTHER LEVEL.
KVA = KILO( VOLTS * AMPERES )
NORMALLY REACTORS RATINGS ARE IN KVAR
