walkthrough : it is a informal process where a document is walk through step by step and discussing on the uncleared step. It might be a SRS walkthrough or test case walk through.
Inspection:It is a formal process which is performed with prior information to the group of people who r participating in the meeting.After the inspection, the take away has 2 be documented and stored for further tracking.
