Usability Testing - mainly it covers the user friendlyness
of the application. Tester concentrate on the friendlyness
of application.
Like - For inserting any field value, there must be some
label mentioning the example. eg for date mention the
exepted formet like DD/MM/YYYY.
For password, mention eg 8 character long, must contain 2
special caracters and all this.
Compatibility Testing - Compatibility testing is some thing
which we test our application on cross platform.
Like while testing any web application test with different
versions of IE, on firefox, chrome.
On different OS, on different Hardwares..
