I would like to share some of my intensions about career in
call centres...A call centre is a inspirational place of
versatility plenty of gear's. As you can clearoff your
forthcoming impediments as well elevate your enhancements
skills..A call centre probably changes persons attributes
as proffesionally...We have to lookforward for moderate of
our indian economic growth by working in call centres.
Management issues a diktat that all team members must
attend trainig prrograms.
Regularly mentor and coach team members including career
management. Prioritizing team workload and effectively
delegates responsibilities across assigned area of
responsibility. Knowing people’s pulse and manage issues
proactively and quickly..
