What is the Difference Between MCCB & ACB & VCB

MCCB"Moulded Case Circuit Breaker" is based on expension of
bimetalic strip due to thermoelectric effect.

In ACB "Air circuit breaker" two contact seperate by the
force of spring in air.

In VCB "Vaccum Circuit Breaker" two contact seperate by
force of spring in Vaccum.

However, The application of all MCCB, ACB and VCB are same
i.e. to isolate the faulty circuit from healthy one.

My question is whether bellow formula is correct to find bus size for 46kA for 0.5 second & what is RT in bellow formula. formula to calculate the size of busbar to withstand the thermal stresses due to currents with duration of 0.2 sec to 5 sec. Sp = RT( I x I x t) / K Where Sp – is the cross sectional area of bus bar in millimeters. I -    is the value of AC fault current. t -    is the operating time of disconnecting device in seconds. i have a 4 Mva transformer 34.5 kv / 480-277 v and i used 2 parallel 3200 amp bus duct for the secondary feeder using 3 ply of bus bar ( 3/8" x 5" ) as a common where the flexible link terminated and 6300 amps breaker for the main, the lower bus duct reaches 70 degrees and the upper bus duct reaches 55 degrees when i used thermal scanner. why the temperature is not balance when the load reaches 3600 amps.
