All answers were really stupid..
His total cost is just 240. so how can his profit be in
thousands ??
Calculation goes like this
a 100*3/10 10 comes by total of 3 4 5 propotions
b 80*4/10
c 60*5/10
hence a 30 b 32 c 30
So, total cost for the mixture for him will be 92
and he sells at 50 percent profit hence total price will be
138.

A thypical Adjustment is: A building is acquired for €60000 plus VAT at 10%. The amount paid to the Vendor was entered in the Buildings Account. No entry made in the VAT account. Could you explain why the VAT amount is deducted from the VAT amount in the TB? And why it is sometimes an Asset in the BS. Thank you, Mary
