IN BACK OFFICE JOB WE MAINTAIN CUSTOMER RECORD AS PER THE
COMPANY'S REQUIREMENT AND IT COULD BE OFFLINE OR ONLINE. IN
THIS JOB THERE IS NO NEED TO INTERACTION TO THE CUSTOMER.
