In any centrifugal pump the difference between the amount
horse power put into the pump shaft by the driver and the
amount delivered by the pump is absorbed in the pump in the
form of heat.This difference is greatest at low capacities
and makes it necessary on multistage unit to provide for a
minimum flow through the pump to carry of excess heat and
prevent overheating and flashing of the liquid in the
pump.minimum flow is best insured by a by-pass installed
between the pump discharge and the first valve and connected
back to the source of suction supply.This bypass may be
manually or automatically operated,but it is highly
important that the line be open during periods of light load

Dear friends, I got admit in one of the u.s university.I didnt take TOEFL and the university which i had applied have accepted IELTS instead of TOEFL.But i am worried whether the u.s visa interviewers will accept IELTS.please tell me your views about this problem and also suggest how to answer this question.If anyone had faced the same problem please E-mail and share your experience to me.I would be gratefull if you do me this help.
