there are lot of reasons for this trouble, some of them are
1)os problem, check whether the system was restarting in
bios if it happens problem with hardware or else os.
2)ram problem, try to use some other ram and check
3)smps problem 4)board problem (capacitor may be bulge).
5)processor seating problem
