hii....im ravi . i was rejected once in 9th dec 2009 in
delhi consulate. Visa officer told me u dnt have enough
funds to support ur education in USA . bt had shown 10 lakh
of saving and 14 lakh of FD's and 7 lakh of bank loan so
total is 31 lakh . and my tution fees is $ 14000 for 1 year
and my course is 2 years . im gng 2 NYIT for Mastress in
computer Sci . and my profile is like dat GRE 1030, IELTS
6, B.Tech 64% computer sci from india(PTU), National
Diploma in COmputing Level-7 (Operation's & Support) from
New Zealand. plz help me wt should i do in my second attemp
im gng for second ime in 7th Jan 2010 .and also i have
increased my bank loan 7 lakh to 15 lakh . and i took
sponsership 4m my grand mother also . and wt kind of
changes ill be do more ....plz help me guys

Hey ravi ....if ur from HYD better go to SS consultancy in
Ameerpet.....they suggest you to get ur visa and i'm one of
there student. even this consultancy is in Chennai too

Dear sir/madam, iam desperately need your help by suggesting me how to afce the interview. i went to for fall 2001 and then i did my master's in mechanical and then also in computers and now i am doing my phd in csce dept. i married a green card holder in jan 2005 and according to our culture and tradition we have to get married in india so i came to india in december 2006 and went for visa renewal on dec 28th 2006 and i got 221 g case. i did couple of mistakes, i had an argument with my wife on dec19th 2006 and she alled 911 and they came and arrested me and i was released on the same day itself my wife only paid the bail. in the ds-156 form i did not fill that i was arrested since the ca cops told me it is an argument between a wife and a husband so not necessary to worry. i also did not fill that i was married because we are not married acording to our tradition and culture. i got my visa on feb 23rd and i decided to go to school for fall 2007 and i was asked at the port of entry whether i was arrested i said yes and told them then they asked me why didn't u fill u r married and also u r arrested, i told the reason. they told me to withdraw the application and apply and come again. now i am going to chennai for the visa interview, please help me how to face the interview and also how to tell them a convincing answer regarding why i did not fill i am married (according to our tradition we are married in jan 2007). thanks, bharat.

My toefl score was 78 but I scored very poorly in GRE in both my attempts.But the application requirement was to show toefl score only,I got an admission with an assistantship and now duirng my interview I am planning not to show my GRE score?what if the consular ask me why I havent given GRE cause it seems like mandatory for doing MS?In that case what should my answer be?

So, should I file his application for F2 (that is the dependent VIsa) with me F1 application or fill it later once i get approved for F1 and then go for drop box option? Hello, i am Suraj. I got rejected on my ineterview on december 8th and have again taken the date for 17th.During my interview a guy quarreled with the interview taking person and then the same girl took my interview. My all documents are upto date bank balance is enough,self property is good,watevr she asked i told her fluently but also she rejected telling me that ma income source is not enough. I dont understand why i got rejected. The friends who had taken the interveiw along with me got selected though their family background is more poor than mine. i am afraid i will get rejected again. I am having 10 backlogs during my B.Tech degree and had cleared within time with an cgpa 6.16. If Vo asks the no. of backlogs can it affect on the visa plz guide me.

If one is rejected once does this affect his/ her second interview.are chances less in the 2nd one 2 get visa.
