can any one tell leakage class in control valve depend on
which parameter and there is any specific table or chart for
selection of valve leakage class

Leakage class does not depend upon any process parameter.It
depends upon user/process requirement.required Shut-off
condition is the parameter and selected trim type and MOC
are parameter upon which leakage class depends.
For detail refer hand book on Control valve by fisher.It is
available on internet.
