relay ca be used to protect against one fault at a time
either overcurrent or undervoltage or underfrequency but
not together, can also be used in switching & control
systems.
Breakers can be used to protect againt too many abnormal
faults in the circuit at one time.
switch gear is a series breakers connected to gether to
form a complete protected bus bar with many inputs outputs.
